Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Seller Identification
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all sales made through Summer Snow Studio, operated by Léa Trouillon, Entrepreneur individuel, registered in France.

The business operates under the French micro-enterprise regime (VAT not applicable, Article 293B of the French General Tax Code).
2. Scope and Applicability
These Terms apply to all orders placed through our website: summersnowstudio.com (the "Site").
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
3. Products
All products are handmade. Slight variations in color, size, or texture may occur and are part of the uniqueness of each piece. These variations do not constitute defects.
Some items are made to order or customized. These products are non-refundable (see Section 8).
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in EUR (€). VAT is not applicable under Article 293B of the French General Tax Code.
Shipping costs are not included and are calculated at checkout.
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments. Orders are confirmed only upon full payment.
5. Order Process
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started or the order has been shipped.
6. Shipping
6.1 Processing Time
Orders are shipped within 2 to 10 business days.
6.2 Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Estimates are provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors (customs, strikes, weather, etc.).
6.3 Customs Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours with photos.
If a package is lost, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
8.1 General Rule
Customers have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
8.2 Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalized items

Products that cannot be resold without alteration
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations are not considered defects.
8.3 Return Conditions
Items must be returned unused, in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the return.
9. Warranty and Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
We are not responsible for damages resulting from:

Unauthorized modifications
10. Intellectual Property
All content (images, designs, text) is the exclusive property of Summer Snow Studio and may not be used without permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, we encourage customers to contact us first to reach an amicable solution.
Failing agreement, disputes will be handled by the competent French courts.
12. Workshops
12.1 Booking
Workshops must be paid in full at the time of booking. Bookings are non-refundable unless canceled by us.
12.2 Participation
Participants acknowledge the risks associated with glasswork and tools. By attending, you agree to follow all safety instructions and assume responsibility for your participation.
12.3 Location
Workshops take place in Grenoble. Details are provided after booking.

DISPUTE – CONSUMER MEDIATION
In the event of a dispute between the Customer and the company, both parties shall endeavor to resolve it amicably (the Customer shall submit a written complaint to the professional or, where applicable, to the professional’s customer service department).
In the absence of an amicable agreement, or if the professional fails to respond within a reasonable period of one (1) month, the consumer, as defined in Article L.612-2 of the French Consumer Code, may refer the matter free of charge to the competent consumer mediator listed by the French Commission for the Evaluation and Control of Consumer Mediation (CECMC), in accordance with Article L.615-1 of the French Consumer Code, namely:
