Wash your hands after handling – The solder used in stained glass contains a small amount of lead. It is recommended to wash your hands after touching your piece and before touching your face or eating.

Indoor use only – Our pieces are designed for indoor decorative use. If displayed outside, they should be well protected from the elements.

To maintain the beauty of your creation, follow these care tips:

Buff and polish with a soft microfiber or cotton cloth. No cleaning solutions or liquids are necessary.

Do not use ammonia-based glass cleaners, as they can damage the glass and corrode the metal parts.

Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture to prevent deterioration of the solder and patina.

Yes! Local pickup is free in Grenoble, France at Fourno,and in Lyon, France at the shop Les créations Lyonnaises. Simply select “Local Pickup” during checkout.

Once we receive your order, we’ll contact you via email to arrange a pickup time that works for you.

Because each piece is handmade, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged. However, if you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us immediatly, or within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will do our best to find a solution.
