Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with European consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

You then have 14 days to return the item.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Items made specifically to order

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will review your request and offer an appropriate solution.

Refunds or Replacements

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item or validating your claim.

Product Specificities

Due to the nature of glass and handmade production, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur.

Lighting conditions and screen settings may also affect how colors appear. These differences are part of the uniqueness of each piece and do not constitute defects.
